Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders (Canada, Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand), your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
